Orders are processed within 3 to 4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) from the time your payment is confirmed.
You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.
Shipping Times
Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5 to 7 business days after processing.
Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery within 2 to 3 business days after processing.
Delivery times may vary based on your location and external factors such as carrier delays or holidays.
Shipping Costs
Standard Shipping: $5.99 for orders under $50 (free for orders over $50).
Expedited Shipping: $14.99 flat rate.
Additional fees may apply for international shipments or oversized items. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.
Exchanges, Returns, and Cancellations
1. Exchanges:
We accept exchanges for defective or damaged items within 30 days of delivery.
Contact our customer support to initiate an exchange.
2. Returns:
Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery if unused and in original packaging.
A refund will be processed upon inspection of the returned item. Return shipping fees may apply.
3. Cancellations:
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement without any charges.
After 24 hours, cancellation requests may not be possible if the order has already been processed or shipped.
